色彩心理学理念的人文关怀服务对精神分裂症住院患者心理弹性、治疗态度及攻击行为的影响

Impact of humanistic care services based on the concept of color psychology on the resilience,treatment attitude,and aggressive behavior of inpatients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨基于色彩心理学理念的人文关怀服务对精神分裂症住院患者心理弹性、治疗态度及攻击行为的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将108例精神分裂症患者分为观察组(n=54)与对照组(n=54)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于色彩心理学理念的人文关怀服务。对比两组临床精神症状[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、治疗态度[自知力及治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)]及攻击行为[攻击行为问卷(AQ)]。结果:干预后,相较于对照组,观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及PANSS总分较低(t=2.942,4.836,2.967,6.085;P<0.05),CD-RISC量表中坚韧、自强、乐观维度评分较高(t=5.468,5.273,3.477;P<0.05),干预后相较于对照组,观察组ITAQ评分较高(t=3.771,P<0.05),身体攻击、言语攻击、间接攻击、愤怒、敌意及AQ总分较低(t=5.358,2.811,3.235,5.273,7.055,10.048;P<0.05)。结论:基于色彩心理学理念的人文关怀服务有利于促进精神分裂症住院患者疾病恢复,提升心理弹性、改善自知力与治疗态度、降低攻击性行为出现的可能性。

Objective:To investigate the impact of humanistic care services based on the concept of color psychology on the resilience,treatment attitude,and aggressive behavior of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with schizophrenia were divided into an observation group(n=54)and a control group(n=54)using a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care based on the concept of color psychology.Clinical psychiatric symptoms,resilience,therapeutic attitude and aggressive behavior were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores for positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathology,and PANSS(t=2.942,4.836,2.967,6.085;P<0.05),higher scores for resilience,self-improvement,and optimism dimensions in the CD-RISC scale(t=5.468,5.273,3.477;P<0.05),higher ITAQ scores(t=3.771,P<0.05),and lower scores for physical aggression,verbal aggression,indirect aggression,anger,hostility,and AQ(t=5.358,2.811,3.235,5.273,7.055,10.048;P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care service based on the concept of color psychology can promote the recovery of schizophrenia inpatients,enhance resilience,improve self-knowledge and treatment attitude,and reduce the risk of aggressive behavior.
