摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对某在建提水泵站工程沉井施工过程中的关键施工节点进行了数值模拟分析。深入探讨了该沉井结构在关键部位的应力分布特征及其受力情况,旨在为沉井施工过程中的安全性和可靠性提供理论依据。模拟结果显示沉井结构在整体上处于较低的应力状态,满足基本的力学性能要求。但在局部区域存在应力集中现象,这可能会对结构的稳定性和安全性造成潜在威胁,建议通过加强局部构造来优化沉井结构设计,从而减少应力集中所带来的不利影响,确保沉井施工过程中的安全性。该研究的结论对于同类工程的设计和施工具有一定的参考价值,有助于推动建筑工程领域的技术进步和安全管理水平的提升。
In this paper,ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the key construction nodes in the process of open caisson construction of a pumping station under construction.In order to provide theoretical basis for the safety and reliability in the construction process of open caisson,the stress distribution characteristics and stress conditions of the key parts of the open caisson structure are discussed in depth.The simulation results show that the caisson structure is in a low stress state on the whole,which meets the basic mechanical performance requirements.However,there is stress concentration in local areas,which may pose a potential threat to the stability and safety of the structure.It is suggested to optimize the structure design of open caisson by strengthening the local structure,so as to reduce the adverse effects caused by stress concentration and ensure the safety during the construction of open caisson.The conclusion of this study has a certain reference value for guiding the design and construction of similar projects,and is helpful to promote the technical progress and the improvement of safety management level in the field of construction engineering.
