CSM水泥土搅拌墙在临江某深基坑止水的应用效果分析

摘要 通过以汉口滨江国际商务区(五期)P5,P8地块深基坑工程为实例,介绍了在紧邻长江的软土地区深厚承压水含水层的水文地质条件下,采用CSM工法双轮铣水泥土搅拌墙作为隔水帷幕,阻隔断基坑内外承压水,保护基坑及周边安全。通过钻芯取样检测、降水水位监测、基坑监测,分析证明该施工方法隔水效果良好、质量好,安全可靠、经济环保,为以后在深基坑支护、止水设计和施工提供了参考。 Taking the deep foundation pit project of block P5 and P8 of Hankou Binjiang International Business District(Phase 5)as an example,the paper introduces the use of CSM double-wheel milling cement soil mixing wall as water barrier curtain to block the confined water inside and outside the foundation pit and protect the safety of the foundation pit and its surroundings under the hydrogeological conditions of deep confined water aquifer in the soft soil area close to the Yangtze River.Through drilling core sampling,precipitation water level monitoring and foundation pit monitoring,the analysis proves that the construction method has good water insulation effect,good quality,safety,reliability,economic and environmental protection,and provides a reference for the design and construction of deep foundation pit support and water sealing.
