昆明某地铁大直径污水管原位保护技术研究

摘要 城市交通在进行地下工程施工的过程中,将会不可避免的碰到各类无法迁改的主干管线,一旦原位保护不到位,将会对管线造成开裂破坏,导致产生重大的负面影响。因此,如何控制管线在开挖过程中的变形是保证施工安全的关键所在。如何在管钱不迁改的情况下,进行原位保护的方法,是决定成败的关键所在,为摸索出一套切实可行的软土基坑大直径刚性管线的保护方案,依托昆明市地铁怡园小区站对横跨本项目基坑管线进行针对性保护,首先建立保护模型,同时采用有限元对构件进行分析模拟计算,最终得到一套安全的结构模型进行实际的实施,结合该项目土方开挖过程进行数值模拟并对现场施工过程中悬吊原位保护体系的实时监测数据进行了研究。 In the process of underground engineering construction,the urban transportation will inevitably encounter various main pipelines that cannot be relocated,once the in-situ protection is not in place,it will cause cracking and damage to the pipelines,leading to significant negative impacts.Therefore,how to control the deformation of pipelines during excavation is the key to protecting construction safety.The key to success or failure lies in the method of in-situ protection without relocation of pipelines,in order to explore a practical and feasible protection scheme for large-diameter rigid pipelines in soft soil foundation pits,targeted protection was carried out on the pipelines crossing the foundation pit of this project,relying on the Yiyuan Community Station of Kunming Metro,firstly,a protection model was established,and finite element analysis and simulation calculations were used to analyze the components,finally,a safe structural model was obtained for practical implementation,numerical simulation was conducted during the excavation process of the project,and real-time monitoring data of the suspension in-situ protection system during on-site construction were studied.
