摘要
作为现代技术发展的高级形态,生成式人工智能对教育的变革已成必然。那么,在教育领域中,生成式人工智能究竟有什么价值,价值实现过程中会遇到哪些困难,又该如何应对困难以实现价值?文章系统回答了这三个问题。首先,文章提出了生成式人工智能的三层教育价值——工具层协助学生、教师和教学管理人员促进教学变革,融合层联合多项技术重塑教育体系,终极层助力回归教育本质。然后,文章探讨了价值实现面临的三层困难——教育应用难深入、系统变革难推进、效能提升难显著。最后,文章针对三层价值和困难,总结了加强产品技术研发,匹配师生实际需求;打通技术融合壁垒,重构周围组织结构;加强基础机制研究,科学推进因材施教三项策略。文章通过系统研究生成式人工智能教育变革,旨在为我国利用生成式人工智能技术促进教育数字化转型提供系统的理论参考与实践指导。
As the advanced modern technology,generative artificial intelligence has become an inevitable transformation in education.So,in the field of education,what the value of generative artificial intelligence is,what difficulties will be encountered in the process of value realization,and how to deal with the difficulties to realize the value?The three questions were systematically in this paper.Firstly,the three layers of educational value of generative artificial intelligence were proposed in this paper,as assisting students,teachers,and teaching administrators at the tool level to promote the teaching transformation;integrating multiple technologies at the fusion level to reshape the educational system;and empowering a return to the essence of education at the ultimate level.Subsequently,the three layers of difficulties faced in realizing these values were discussed,which included the difficulty in the deep penetration of educational applications,the difficulty in the advancement of educational system reforms,and the difficulty in in the improvement of the efficiency.Finally,according to the three levels of value and difficulties,the strategies to address the difficulties were put forward:strengthening product research and development to match teachers’and students’needs,breaking through technological integration barriers to reconstruct the surrounding organizational structures,and enhancing fundamental mechanism research to scientifically promote individualized teaching.Through the systematic study of the generative artificial intelligence in education,this paper was expected to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the use of generative artificial intelligence technology to promote digital transformation in education.
