摘要
微雾抑尘技术被广泛应用于粉尘治理,但缺乏对其抑尘机理和设计方法的研究,导致微雾抑尘系统设计粗放、使用效果不佳。为了提升微雾抑尘系统的抑尘效率,分析了微雾抑尘技术的运行机理,提出了系统设计的核心要素及设计思想,并采用先进的计算机仿真技术CFD辅助系统设计,以提高微雾抑尘系统设计的准确性。
Micro-mist dust suppression technology is extensively used in dust control,however,there is a lack of research on its dust suppression mechanism and design method,which leads to inaccurate design of micro-mist dust suppression system and poor performance.In order to improve the dust suppression efficiency of the micro-mist dust suppression system,the operation mechanism of micro-mist dust suppression technology is analyzed,the core elements and design philosophy of system design are proposed,and state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is employed to assist system design to improve the accuracy of micro-mist dust suppression system design.
