摘要
空分装置的氧气系统管线因输送介质是高纯高压氧气,具有极强的氧化性。结合国内某大型气体岛空分装置建设实例,分析了氧气系统管道的材质选择、液氧储罐与泵之间的管道布置、液氧管道“死区”的优化设计,以及液氧管道保冷管托的选型,并给出合理化设计建议。
The oxygen system pipes of the air separation unit are subjected to strong oxidation thanks to the high-purity and high-pressure oxygen service.Based on the implementation of a large-scale gas island air separation unit in China,the material selection of oxygen system piping,the piping layout between liquid oxygen storage tank and pump,the value engineering of the“dead zone”of liquid oxygen piping,and the selection of cold-insulated pipe supports for liquid oxygen piping are analyzed,and recommendations are given.
