摘要
大坝安全监测设备所处环境恶劣,容易发生故障。针对传统人工故障检测与定位流程耗时长的问题,提出了一种基于故障征兆矩阵的大坝安全监测设备故障检测与定位方法。首先,根据大坝安全监测系统结构及故障推理构建故障征兆矩阵,并结合观察向量与征兆矩阵获得判定矩阵;然后,基于欧式距离和角度余弦评估征兆矩阵和判定矩阵列向量的相似性,构建最优解空间;最后,基于解空间的交集筛选出故障模式。测试结果表明,该方法对单点故障和复合故障都具有较高的诊断准确率,具有较高的实用性。
Dam safety monitoring equipments are prone to failure due to the hostile environment.To ad-dress the time-consuming problem of traditional manual fault detection and location,a fault detection and location method for dam safety monitoring equipments based on fault symptom matrix is proposed.Firstly,the fault symptom matrix is constructed according to dam safety monitoring system structure and fault reasoning,and the judgment matrix is obtained by combining observation vector and symptom ma-trix.Then,the similarity between column vectors of symptom matrix and judgment matrix is evaluated based on Euclidean distance and angle cosine,and the optimal solution space is constructed.Finally,the fault mode is screened based on the intersection of solution space.The experience results illustrate that this method has high diagnostic accuracy and practicability for both single fault and compound fault.
