高校青年教师教学能力提升体系构建探究

摘要 青年教师是高等院校教学科研战线的新兴力量,也是高校教师队伍建设和发展的关键因素。同时,高校教师的根本任务是教书育人,立德树人成效也成为新时代检验高等院校办学质量的第一标准。该文基于青年教师基本特征,针对其在教学工作中的困境开展研究,提出和探讨基于“教学培训+教学咨询+教学研究”三位一体的青年教师教学能力提升若干举措,实践结果显示所提出的相关举措已经取得一定成效。 Young teachers are the emerging force in the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and also the key factor in the construction and development of teaching team.At the same time,the fundamental task of colleges and university teachers is to teach and educate students.The establishment of morality and the cultivation of people's achievements have also become the first standard to assess the quality of colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the basic characteristics of young teachers,this paper studies their difficulties in teaching work,and proposes and discusses several approaches to improve the teaching ability of young teachers based on the trinity of"teaching training+teaching consultation+teaching research".The practice results show that the proposed approaches have achieved certain results.
