科教融汇作为本科职业大学提质达标动力的探讨

摘要 本科教学工作合格评估是本科层次职业学校高质量发展的指南与基本保障,合格评估与提质达标是目前33所本科职业大学面临的主要问题与任务。针对本科职业大学科教融汇面临的“三强三弱”“三重三轻”的壁垒和瓶颈问题,指出了科教融汇作为提质达标动力面临的问题,论述了科教融汇为合格评估的8个一级指标赋能动力驱动机制,包括科教融汇与党的领导赋能发力、专业教材建设新成果新活力、师资队伍科教双责融心汇体、教学条件利其器善其事、质量管理树标准双驱动、学风建设科教助力建导并行、技术技能积累成果转化化一为十、8种能力科教养成等。 The qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching work is the guide and basic guarantee for the highquality development of undergraduate vocational schools.Aiming at the barriers and bottlenecks of"three strong and three weak","three heavy and three light"faced by the integration of science and education in schools,the problems faced by the integration of science and education as a driving force for improving quality and meeting standards are pointed out,and the integration science and education is discussed as a driving mechanism of 8 firstlevel indicators empowering qualified evaluation.
