摘要
哈佛大学文理研究生院的组织治理具有对象主体化、治理体系化、过程自由化等特点,其“双院制”复合结构的形成、决策权力逐渐多元化、组织不断创新改革的发展路径也为我国研究生院的组织治理提供了重要借鉴。回归研究生院的教育组织属性更新组织观念,促进师生共同参与治理过程,实现规范运行与专业化运作,方能更好促进我国研究生教育高质量发展。
Based on the experiences,we need to strengthen the organizational governance of graduate schools and improve the effectiveness of governance.We should return to the educational organization attribute of the graduate school,update the organizational concept of graduate school,promote teachers and students to participate in the governance process of the graduate school together,continuously realize the standardized and professional operation of the graduate school,and then we can better promote the high-quality development of graduate education in China.
