工程监理监管的区域典型案例分析和行业展望

Regional Typical Case Analysis and Industry Outlook of Engineering Supervision and Supervision

伴随着我国建筑业的快速发展,工程监理走过了三十年的发展历程,为建筑业的发展壮大做出了不可或缺的巨大贡献。回顾其发展过程,起初照搬照抄、蹒跚学步,到建立制度、日渐成熟,然后近二十年的突飞猛进、快速发展。然而目前工程监理的发展似乎到了一个难以跨越的瓶颈阶段,甚至出现了取消工程监理的声音,监理行业亟待调整整顿,创新发展思路,期待重新找到准确和充沛的社会价值和不可或缺的行业角色。本文从某个区域某个时间段房屋与市政工程质量安全管理的工程监理监管现状选取典型样本,梳理分析存在的共性与个性的问题,系统提炼某些浅层和深层的逻辑和思路,试图给出工程监理下一个十年甚至更长时期的发展路线,以供各位同仁朋友参考。

With the rapid development of China's construction industry,engineering supervision has gone through a development course of 30 years,and has made an indispensable role for the development and growth of the construction industry.Looking back at its development process,it copied and toddled at first,established the system and became mature,and then made rapid progress and rapid development in the past two decades.At present,the development of engineering supervision seems to have reached a bottleneck stage that is difficult to overcome,and even the voice of cancelation engineering supervision has appeared.The supervision industry needs to be adjusted and rectified,innovate development ideas,and look forward to finding accurate and abundant social value and indispensable role of the industry.This paper selects typical samples from the current situation of project supervision and supervision of quality safety management of housing and municipal engineering in a certain region and a certain period of time,sorts out and analyzes existing common and individual problems,systematically extracts some shallow and deep logic and ideas,and tries to provide the development route of project supervision in the next decade or even longer for the reference of colleagues and friends.
