摘要
针对某住宅小区项目B1层车库在施工浇筑后出现顶板、底板及外墙裂缝的问题,采用有限元进行模拟,详细分析了裂缝成因、判断相关构件是否满足现行规范的安全性和使用性,并提出后续处理建议,为该住宅小区项目B1层车库裂缝的处理、日后维护提供建议,可为类似项目提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of cracks in the roof,floor and exterior wall of the B1 floor garage of a residential community project after construction and pouring,this paper uses finite element simulation to analyze the causes of cracks in detail,judge whether the related components meet the safety and serviceability of the current norms,and put forward follow-up treatment suggestions to provide suggestions for the treatment and future maintenance of cracks in the B1 floor garage of the residential community project,and provide reference for similar projects.
