摘要
上海作为科技创新的前沿阵地,最先担任装配式建筑施工的试点推广。论文以大型住宅、公建等多种结构形式的装配式建筑项目为背景,对装配建筑结构进行了系统性总结梳理,为以后装配式建筑的推广应用提供参考。论文首先对装配式建筑进行了简单概述,然后对当前流行的框架式结构、剪力墙式结构的优缺点进行技术工艺分析,从应用性方面对施工过程中关键节点进行深入研究,如PC外墙防水、PC套筒灌浆饱满性等,极大提升了PC工程质量。
Shanghai,as the forefront of technological innovation,was the first to take on the pilot promotion of prefabricated building construction.This article takes prefabricated building projects with various structural forms such as large residential buildings and public buildings as the background,and systematically summarizes and sorts out the structure of prefabricated buildings,providing reference for the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings in the future.This article first provides a brief overview of prefabricated buildings,and then conducts technical process analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of popular frame structures and shear wall structures.From the perspective of applicability,it conducts in-depth research on key nodes in the construction process,such as PC exterior wall waterproofing,PC sleeve grouting fullness,etc.,greatly improving the quality of PC engineering.
