绿色建筑外保温脱落渗水对策研究

Countermeasures of Green Building External Insulation Shedding and Water Seepage

绿色建筑高速发展的同时,出现了一些问题和挑战,其中以外墙保温及装饰层脱落和渗水问题最为突出。论文从绿色建筑的发展现状,产生问题的原因,加强参建各方主体责任,强化施工过程管控,禁止不当质量行为等方面研究外保温脱落、渗水的解决路径。

With the rapid development of green buildings,there are some problems and challenges,among which the problem of external insulation and decorative layer shedding and water seepage is the most prominent.This paper studies the solution path of external insulation shedding and water seepage from the aspects of the development status of green buildings,the causes of problems,strengthening the main responsibilities of the participating parties,strengthening the construction process control,and prohibiting improper quality behaviors.
