某写字楼幕墙开启部位启闭故障分析与整改建议

Analysis and Rectification Suggestions for the Opening and Closing Faults of Office Building Curtain Walls

某写字楼因建筑立面造型要求,玻璃幕墙开启部位规格较大,宽高尺寸为1500mm×3500mm。在日常使用过程中,大多数幕墙开启部位存在启闭困难的问题。经过现场对幕墙开启部位的材料质量、安装质量等进行检测,并结合有限元模拟计算,发现建筑立面造型、开启部位规格尺寸过大、五金件安装偏差、开启部位安装质量缺陷等是造成上述问题的主要原因。基于现场检测数据分析及结构计算结果,给出相关整改建议。

Due to the requirements of building facade design,the opening part of the glass curtain wall in a certain office building has a larger specification,with a width and height of 1500mm×3500mm.In daily use,most curtain wall opening parts have difficulty opening and closing.After on-site inspection of the material quality and installation quality of the opening part of the curtain wall,combined with finite element simulation calculations,it was found that the main reasons for the above problems were the excessive size of the building facade shape,opening part specifications,hardware installation deviation,and installation quality defects of the opening window.Based on on-site inspection data analysis and structural calculation results,relevant rectification suggestions are provided.
