教育强国建设专题研究的历程、经验与启示

摘要 教育强国建设自党的二十大提出就成为了我国教育理论与实践中的前沿和热点问题。教育强国作为国内学术界的研究专题,大致经历了“起步”“发展”“深化”三个阶段。教育强国建设专题研究中的“中国经验”包括:坚持以马克思主义为方法论指导,以问题导向推进理论创新为学术立场,以服务教育决策为价值遵循,以达成理实互促为范式规范。面向未来,推进教育强国建设研究应进一步明确逻辑框架,聚焦教育强国建设专题问题研究;恪守学科立场,重视教育强国建设理论普及;坚持学术对话,促进教育强国建设理论创新;重视循证研究,推进教育强国建设研究范式转型。 The construction of education power,a strategy formulated at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,has become a frontier and hot issue in theory and practice that has witnessed the preliminary,advancing and deepening phases of academic studies.Existing studies have enriched Chinese experience in adhering to the guidance of Marxism as methodology,taking the problem-oriented approach to promote the construct of original theories as academic positions,and serving educational decision-making as the value orientation to strengthen interactions of theory and practice as paradigm norms.This paper,thus,recommended that future research on the construction of education power can focus on clarifying the logical frameworks and practical issues of wide concern,abide by the disciplinary standpoint to attach importance to theoretical popularization,adhere to academic dialogue to enhance theoretical innovation,and emphasize empirical studies to advance paradigm transformation.
