陕西自然教育高质量发展浅析

A Brief Analysis of the High-Quality Development of Natural Education in Shaanxi

基于调查研究,梳理分析了陕西自然教育发展的进程、现状,对其在组织机构、基地布局、行业规范、人才培训、运营水平等方面存在的突出问题进行了深入探讨,得出以下结论:陕西自然教育起步虽晚,但发展迅速,开展领域广泛,活动形式多样,公益与市场行为并存,目前尚缺乏行业规范化建设、资源共享平台建设和人才需求瓶颈亟待突破.结合现状和存在的问题,提出了陕西自然教育高质量发展的对策和建议.

Based on investigation and research,this paper analyzed the development process and current situation of natural education in Shaanxi,and conducted a deep exploration into the prominent issues existing in its organizational structure,bases layout,sector norms,capacity building,and operation mechanisms.The result showed that although natural education in Shaanxi started late,it has developed rapidly with extensive coverage and diverse activity forms,and both public welfare and market behaviors coexist.However,there is still a lack of standardized industry construction,resource sharing platform construction,and the urgent need to break through the bottleneck of talent demand.Countermeasures and suggestions for high-quality development of natural education in Shaanxi are proposed.
