摘要
通过氧化还原法制备直径为5 nm左右的纳米铜颗粒,并用制备的纳米铜颗粒对棉织物进行改性,通过织物后整理的方法将纳米铜负载在棉纤维表面,获得具有导电、抗菌性能的棉织物,然后以扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、热失重(TGA)等对整理前后的棉织物进行表征分析。结果表明:纳米铜改性后的棉织物(纳米铜/棉织物)具有优异的抗菌性能和导电性能。同时,样品在储存180天后仍具有良好的抗菌和导电稳定性。纳米铜颗粒改性的棉织物不但拓宽了纳米颗粒的应用领域,同时为储存稳定性功能纺织品的研究提供了新的制备思路和潜在发展方向。
The copper nanoparticles with a diameter of about 5 nm were prepared by reoxidation reduction method to modify the cotton fabric.The cotton fabric with conductive and antibacterial properties was obtained by loading the copper nanoparticles on the surface of the cotton fiber with fabric finishing method.Then,it was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)and thermogravimetry(TGA).The results show that the modified cotton fabric(copper nanoparticle/cotton fabric)has excellent antibacterial properties and electrical conductivity.Meanwhile,the samples still have good antibacterial and conductive stability after 180 days of storage.The cotton fabric modified by copper nanoparticles not only broadens the application field of nanoparticles,but also provides a new preparation approach and potential research trends for functional textiles of storage stability.
