The world today is facing unprecedented changes,and the changes in the international landscape have led to a profound adjustment of the international order.Faced with the complex and chaotic international situation,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,based on the overall view of Chinese-style modernization,upholds the principles and innovation,with the concept of building a community with shared future for mankind as its pillar,strengthens the capability of international communication,and carefully constructs a discourse system for the new era in foreign affairs.With the continuous deepening of globalization and the increasing interdependence between countries,the role of global economic governance in the global governance system is becoming increasingly important.As an important member of the international community,enhancing China's discourse power in international economic governance is vital for increasing the country's international influence,supporting its leadership role in international economic governance,and improving its participation in global economic governance.This article starts from the connotation and historical logic of the discourse power of international economic governance,summarizes the current situation of China's discourse power,closely follows the national strategic direction,and proposes measures such as precise positioning,strengthening top-level design,and relying on platforms.
