摘要 为突破激光焊接工艺的局限性,对激光-电弧复合焊接技术的工作原理和工艺特点进行介绍,并对试验过程中常见的焊接缺陷和原因进行分析汇总,在此基础上,给出激光-电弧复合焊接工艺认可提示和规范完善建议。研究成果可为激光-电弧复合焊接技术在船舶制造业中的应用提供一定参考。 To overcome the limitations of laser welding technology,the working principle and process characteristics of laser-arc composite welding technology are introduced,and common welding defects and causes during the experimental process are analyzed and summarized.Based on this,recognition tips and suggestions for improving the specifications of laser arc composite welding technology are provided.The research results can provide some references for the application of laser arc composite welding technology in the shipbuilding industry.
