摘要
为了提升化纤纺丝用喷丝头质量,介绍金铂合金、钽、不锈钢3种材质化纤喷丝头的优缺点;以SUS316L型不锈钢制作的PY35-2050-0.075型喷丝头为例,通过盐雾试验以及酸性溶液浸泡试验,对比分析其镀DLC膜前后的性能、质量及表面微观形貌变化。指出:以Cr+WC作为中间过渡层,能提高气相沉积DLC膜与不锈钢喷丝头基体的结合强度;镀DLC膜不锈钢喷丝头的硬度可达2000 HV,强度和耐酸碱腐蚀性均优于普通不锈钢喷丝头,使用寿命长,更适用于高温、高压以及酸碱腐蚀的纺丝环境。
In order to improve the quality of spinneret used in chemical fiber spinning,the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of spinnerets made of gold-platinum alloy,tantalum and stainless steel are introduced.Taking PY35-2050-0.075 spinneret made of SUS316L stainless steel as an example,the properties,quality and surface morphology of the spinnerets before and after DLC film coating are compared by salt spray test and acid solution immersion test.It is pointed out that the bonding strength between DLC film by vapor deposition and stainless steel spinneret matrix can be improved by using Cr+WC as the intermediate transition layer.For DLC film coated stainless steel spinneret,the hardness is up to 2000 HV,the strength and acid and alkali corrosion resistance are better than ordinary stainless steel spinneret.DLC film coated stainless steel spinneret has long service life,and is more suitable for high temperature,high pressure and acid and alkali corrosion spinning environment.
