精梳机增加自调匀整装置的生产实践

摘要 为了稳定精梳条质量不匀率和质量偏差,从精梳喂给棉卷棉层粘连、精梳机落棉率眼差和台差差异、精梳车间温湿度变化、精梳机台面缺条和牵伸断头等方面,详述其对精梳条质量不匀率和质量偏差的影响,探讨精梳机增加自调匀整装置的应用效果;对比分析精梳机增加自调匀整前后的精梳条、并条棉条以及织物指标。指出:在精梳工序增加自调匀整装置是控制精梳条质量不匀率、质量偏差大幅波动的有效方法,有助于改善后工序棉条质量不匀率、质量偏差,有利于控制棉纱疵点与面料疵点,亦是精梳机在线控制,纺纱自动化及数字化、智能化控制所需。 In order to stabilize the weight unevenness and weight deviation of the combed sliver,from the aspects of the adhesion of combing feeding cotton lap and layer,the difference between the eye difference and the stage difference of the dropping cotton rate of the comber,the temperature and humidity change of the combing shop,the lack sliver of the comber stage surface and drafting broken end and so on,the influence on the weight unevenness and weight deviation of combed sliver is described in detail,and the application effect of adding auto-levelling device in comber is discussed.The combed sliver,drawing sliver and fabric indexes are compared and analyzed before and after adding auto-levelling device in comber.It is pointed out that adding auto-levelling device in the combing process is an effective method to control the large fluctuation of the weight unevenness and weight deviation of the combed sliver,which is helpful to improve the weight unevenness and weight deviation of the cotton sliver in the post-working process and to control cotton yarn defects and fabric defects.It is also necessary for the online control of the comber,spinning automation and digital,and intelligent control.
