PDCA循环管理对提高呼吸内科护士的护理质量影响

The Impact of PDCA Cycle Management on Improving the Nursing Quality of Respiratory Medicine Nurses

目的分析PDCA循环管理对提高呼吸内科护士的护理质量的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5衡阳市中医医院呼吸内科护士15名为研究对象,于2021年5月—2022年5月实施常规管理,2022年6月—2023年5月实施PDCA循环管理,对比PDCA循环管理实施前后管理效果。结果PDCA循环管理护士操作能力评分、护理质量评分、管理方法认同率均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论呼吸内科中加强PDCA循环管理,可以提升护士操作能力,进一步提升护理质量,护士对管理方法认可度也更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on improving the nursing quality of respiratory medicine nurses.Methods 15 nurses in the Respiratory Department of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and routine management was implemented from May 2021 to May 2022,and PDCA cycle management was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023,and the management effects before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management were compared.Results The operation ability scores,nursing quality scores and management method recognition rate of PDCA cycle management nurses were higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening PDCA cycle management in the Department of Respiratory Medicine can improve nurses'operational capabilities,further improve the quality of care,and increase nurses'recognition of management methods.
