蝴蝶效应护理模式在老年科护理管理中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究蝴蝶效应护理模式在老年科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年3—12月湖南省郴州市第一人民医院的14名护士为研究对象,根据时间不同分管理前、后。2023年3—7月实施常规护理管理(管理前),2023年8—12月实施蝴蝶效应护理模式(管理后)。对比管理前后,护士护理能力、自我概念量表(Tennessee Self-concept Scale,TSCS)评分及工作绩效量表评分。结果管理后,护士各项护理能力评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,护士TSCS中的生理自我评分为(109.71±10.37)分,道德自我评分为(112.47±8.19)分,心理自我评分为(113.38±7.72)分,家庭自我评分为(107.29±8.94)分,均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(t=2.934、3.132、4.010、2.321,P均<0.05)。管理后,护士各项工作绩效评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年科护理管理中应用蝴蝶效应护理模式作用显著,能够提高护士护理能力,增强其自我概念积极性,从而提高工作绩效。 Objective To explore the application value of the butterfly effect nursing model in geriatric nursing management.Methods 14 nurses from the Chenzhou First People's Hospital of Hunan Province from March to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into before and after management according to different time.The routine nursing management was implemented from March to July 2023(pre-management period).The butterfly effect nursing model was implemented from August to December 2023(post-management period).The nurses'nursing ability,scores of Tennessee Self-concept Scale(TSCS)and job performance scale scores before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of nurses'various nursing abilities were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nurses'TSCS scores included physiological self-scores of(109.71±10.37)points,moral self-scores of(112.47±8.19)points,psychological self-scores of(113.38±7.72)points,and family self-scores of(107.29±8.94)points,all higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.934,3.132,4.010,2.321,all P<0.05).After management,the nurses'performance scores in various tasks were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the butterfly effect nursing model in geriatric nursing management has a significant effect.It can improve nurses'nursing ability,enhance their self-concept positivity,and thereby improve work performance.
