公立医院面临的经济运行环境随着社会消费层次升级而改变,实施预算-成本-绩效三位一体的经济运行管理模式显得尤为重要。随着医疗行业的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,三位一体管理已经成为提升医院综合竞争力和实现可持续发展的关键。本文通过管理模式分析,实现经济效益和社会效益的双提升,帮助医院实现资源的优化配置和高效运转。
The economic operating environment faced by public hospitals changes with the upgrading of social consumption levels.It is particularly important to implement the economic operation management model of budget-cost-performance trinity.With the rapid development of the medical industry and intensified market competition,trinity management has become the key to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and achieving sustainable development.Through management model analysis,we can achieve both economic and social benefits,and help hospitals achieve optimal allocation of resources and efficient operation.
