高速铁路桥梁检查制度研究

摘要 目前我国高速铁路桥梁现行检修规则发布于2011年,规则所制定的检查制度已无法满足当前高铁铁路桥梁运营维护技术发展的需求。本文结合当前高速铁路桥梁自身结构与运营特点,总结了现行检查制度应用存在的问题,全面梳理、对比、研究分析了国内外高速铁路检查制度,以及我国公路和城市桥梁现有检查制度,并在既有高速铁路桥梁检查制度的基础上,提出了一种新的高速铁路桥梁检查制度。该制度由6类检查模式组成,分别是初始检查、周期检查、定期检查、检定与试验、水文检查和专项检查。在保留原规范的周期检查、水文检查和专项检查基础上,对其他3类检查模式进行了重新划分,并细化了各检查模式的检查目的、检查内容和检查周期(使用范围)。研究成果可为今后高速铁路桥梁的检修提供参考。 At present,the current maintenance rules for high-speed railway bridges in China were released in 2011,and the inspection system formulated by the rules can no longer meet the needs of the current development of high-speed railway bridge operation and maintenance technology.This article combines the current structure and operational characteristics of high-speed railway bridges,su mmarizes the problems in the application of the current inspection system,comprehensively sorts out,co MPares,and analyzes the domestic and foreign high-speed railway inspection systems,as well as the existing inspection systems for highways and urban bridges in China.Based on the existing high-speed railway bridge inspection systems,a new high-speed railway bridge inspection system is proposed,which consists of six types of inspection modes,namely initial inspection,periodic inspection,regular inspection,calibration and testing,hydrological inspection,and special inspection.On the basis of retaining the original standard of periodic inspection,hydrological inspection,and special inspection,the other three types of inspection modes have been reclassified,and the inspection purpose,inspection content,and inspection cycle(scope of use)of each inspection mode have been refined.The research results can provide reference for the maintenance of high-speed railway bridges in the future.
