Design of Bid Evaluation Expert Database Management System based on Smartbi

将Smartbi和MySQL数据库相结合,建立评标专家信息库,采用合理的随机算法从专家库中抽取专家参与招投标工作,并实现自动出发短信通知被抽中的评标专家,可降低信息泄露的风险,提升采购的透明度和公开化水平,并提高招投标工作效率。

This paper combines Smartbi with MySQL database to establish a bid evaluation expert information database,and a reasonable random algorithm is used to select experts from the expert database to participate in bidding work,and automatic SMS notification is implemented to the selected bid evaluation experts,which reduces the risk of information leakage,improves the transparency and openness of procurement,and improves the efficiency of bidding work.
