酒钢尾矿工艺矿物学特性及资源化利用探索试验

摘要 酒钢尾矿资源量大,铁品位高,伴有BaO含量在8%左右,是一种具有重要回收价值的二次资源。为实现酒钢尾矿中铁、钡资源的高效回收利用,对该尾矿开展了系统的工艺矿物学研究,并对铁矿物和钡资源进行了回收探索试验。结果表明,酒钢尾矿TFe品位为23.56%,Ba元素品位为6.68%,主要杂质元素SiO2含量为20.86%。主要金属矿物是赤(镜、褐)铁矿和菱铁矿,含量分别为22.23%、16.17%,另含有7.72%的磁铁矿。主要非金属矿物为石英和重晶石,含量分别为21.85%和13.18%。尾矿中赤(镜、褐)铁矿、菱铁矿、重晶石粒度较粗,+75μm分布率均大于60%。赤(镜、褐)铁矿和菱铁矿的单体解离度不高,以富连生体为主,重晶石单体解离度高达72.85%。磁/赤铁矿与菱铁矿、石英以毗邻、包裹等类型连生;近一半的菱铁矿与磁/赤铁矿紧密连生,其次与石英互嵌;重晶石主要与石英、磁/赤铁矿毗邻连生。酒钢尾矿经弱磁和强磁选使铁矿物和重晶石初步分离,混合磁选精矿经氢基矿相转化和弱磁选,得到TFe品位58.77%、作业回收率为78.46%的铁精矿;磁选尾矿经摇床重选和浮选粗选,得到BaSO4品位91.30%、作业回收率为90.28%的重晶石精矿。研究为酒钢尾矿中铁、钡资源的选矿工艺制定和综合利用提供了参考依据。 The tailings of JISCO have a large amount of resources and high iron grade,with BaO content of about 8%.It is a secondary resource with important recovery value.In order to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of iron and barium in the tailings of JISCO,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out on the tailings,and the recovery of iron minerals and barium resources was explored.The results show that the grade of TFe is 23.56%,the grade of Ba is 6.68%,and the content of SiO2is 20.86%.The main metal minerals are hematite(specularite,limonite)and siderite,with contents of 22.23%and 16.17%respectively,and a magnetite content of 7.72%.The main non-metallic minerals are quartz and barite,with contents of 21.85%and 13.18%respectively.The particle size of hematite(specularite,limonite),siderite and barite in the tailings is coarse,and the distribution rate of+75μm is greater than 60%.The liberation degree of hematite(specularite,limonite)and siderite is not high,mainly in form of rich intergrowths,and the liberation degree of barite is as high as 72.85%.Magnetite/hematite is associated with siderite and quartz in the form of adjoining and wrapping.Nearly half of siderite is closely associated with magnetite/hematite,followed by intercalating with quartz.Barite is mainly adjacent to quartz and magnetite/hematite.The iron minerals and barite were preliminarily separated from the tailings of JISCO by low-intensity magnetic separation and high-intensity magnetic separation.The mixed magnetic separation concentrate was subjected to hydrogen-based mineral phase transformation and low-intensity magnetic separation to obtain an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 58.77%and an operating recovery of 78.46%.The barite concentrate with BaSO4grade of 91.30%and operation recovery of 90.28%was obtained from the magnetic separation tailings by shaking table gravity separation and flotation roughing.The research provides a reference for the formulation of beneficiation process and comprehensive utilization of iron and barium resources in the tailings of JISCO.
