混二元酸二异丁酯的合成及其在建筑内墙涂料中的应用研究

摘要 利用已二酸工业生产的副产物混二元酸作为原料,通过采用正交试验对其酯化反应的合成工艺进行优化研究,筛选出最佳工艺条件,制备了一种性能优良的成膜助剂混二元酸二异丁酯。并对该成膜助剂进行了在建筑内墙涂料用乳液及建筑内墙乳胶涂料中应用测试评价,实验结果表明,合成的成膜助剂在建筑内墙涂料中的应用效果和性能与当前市场上普遍使用的十二酯醇成膜助剂完全相当,满足建筑内墙涂料对成膜助剂的使用性能要求。 A film-forming additive mixed diisobutyl dibasic acid is prepared using mixed dibasic acid which is a by-product of adipic acid industrial production as raw material via a esterification reaction process which is optimized by orthogonal test.The film-forming additive is tested and evaluated in the emulsion for interior wall architectural coatings and latex.The experimental results show that the application effect and performance of the synthesized film-forming agent in interior wall architectural coatings are equivalent to those of the typical commercialized dodecanol film-forming agent.It meets the requirements of building interior wall coatings for film-forming agents.
