摘要
为解决基桩检测技术中的单桩抗拔静载荷试验因现场原因主筋无法作为力传导介质的问题,论文采用植筋法拉杆横梁反力装置形式替代主筋人工焊接或机械连接形式。通过理论计算得出拉杆设计强度,并通过不同埋深、不同混凝土强度等工况实验,进行试验优化,提升了可操作性,也能确保试验的稳定性及经济性。此外,植筋法-抗拔静载试验方式也为后期抗压静载锚桩法、平板载荷试验及岩基载荷试验提供新思路,可在特殊条件与试验环境下解决试验难题。
In order to solve the problem that the main reinforcement can not be used as the force transmission medium in the single pile pull-out static load test in the foundation pile detection technology.In this paper,the method of planting steel pull rod crossbeam counterforce device instead of the main bar manual welding or mechanical connection form.The design strength of the rebar pull rod is obtained by theoretical calculation,and the test optimization is carried out by experiments under various working conditions,such as different buried depths and different concrete strength,so as to improve the operability,and ensure the stability and economy of the test.In addition,the method of planting steel bar and the method of static load test provides a new idea for the later static load pile method,the plate load test and the rock foundation load test.
