某学校隔震建筑开裂鉴定分析及加固措施

摘要 论文以某学校隔震建筑出现不均匀沉降裂缝为背景,对其裂缝产生的原因进行了详细的鉴定分析,并通过分析对比不同加固方法的特点,对高压旋喷桩加固法在类似工程中的应用进行分析研究。最终分析得出:导致该建筑产生裂缝的最主要原因是施工过程未能严格按图施工;隔震支座可以有效减小上部结构的水平位移,减轻结构构件的受损程度;根据本项目特点,最终选择高压旋喷桩加固法进行处理。研究成果对其它类似项目具有较好的参考意义。 Based on the uneven settlement cracks that appear in the isolation building of a school,the causes of the cracks are identified and analyzed in detail in the thesis.In the meantime,by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of different reinforcement methods,the application of high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcement method in similar projects is analyzed and studied.The final analysis shows that the main reason for the cracks in the building is that the construction process is not strictly constructed according to the construction drawing;The seismic isolation bearing can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement of the superstructure and reduce the damage degree of the structural members.According to the characteristics of the project,the high-pressure rotary jet pile reinforcement method was finally selected for treatment.The research results have good reference significance for other similar projects.
