基于CFD-DEM耦合的养殖工船自动投饲机的研制与实验

摘要 为解决传统的投饲设备无法满足养殖工船作业要求这一问题,研制了满足养殖工船长距离输送、大投饲量的工作需求的气力输送自动投饲机,解决了饲料颗粒堵塞、破碎率高、系统能耗高、无法进行速度控制等问题,通过流体力学和离散元耦合(CFD-DEM)的方法对饲料从落料口到出料口的运动过程模拟分析,仿真结果显示,在饲料运动初始阶段,压力损失较大,进入弯管后,饲料基本成为悬浮状态,整个流动过程中并未出现饲料堵塞,且在出口处,饲料分布均匀。在整个过程中,饲料和气流速度压力均在经过弯管后达到稳定状态。样机试验验证了设计的准确性,在实验过程中并未发现饲料堵塞现象,在风速设定为35 m/s时,电机转速在40 r/min时,满足1.5 t/h的投饲速度,通过控制电机转速来达到控制投饲速度的功能,满足养殖工船的应用场景,颗粒饲料的运动状态在经过弯管后达悬浮状态,与仿真结果一致。 In order to solve the traditional feeding equipment can not meet the requirements of the operation of the breeding vessels,designed to meet the long-distance transportation of the farm workers,large feeding volume of the work requirements of the pneumatic conveying automatic feeding machine,to solve the feed particles clogging,crushing rate is high,the system has high energy consumption,can not be controlled by the speed and other issues,through the CFD-DEM method of analysis of the feed from the mouth to the mouth of the movement of the feed outlet process,the simulation results show that the simulation results show that in the initial stage of the feed movement,the pressure loss is large,after entering the bend,the feed basically becomes suspended,and there is no feed blockage in the whole process,and in the outlet,the feed is uniformly distributed.In the whole process,the feed and air velocity pressure are after the elbow to reach a stable state.Manufacturing prototype for test verification,in the experimental process did not find the phenomenon of feed clogging,and control the frequency converter so that the motor speed of 40 r/min to meet the 1.5 t/h feeding rate,by controlling the motor speed to achieve the function of controlling the feeding speed,it meets the application scenarios of breeding vessels.
