摘要
为了研究综掘工作面粉尘的运移规律,提出相应的控制措施,根据气固两相流理论建立了粉尘运动的数学模型,运用CFD软件对岩巷掘进工作面气流及粉尘质量浓度分布进行数值计算,得出了掘进巷道在不同通风条件下粉尘质量浓度的分布规律,且根据模拟结果对综掘工作面的防尘提出了建议,确定了压抽比为2∶3的混合式通风为最有效的通风除尘方式。
In order to study the migration law of flour dust in comprehensive excavation work and propose corresponding control measures,a mathematical model of dust movement was established based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory.CFD simulation software was used to numerically simulate the movement and concentration distribution of dust in excavation tunnels,and the distribution law of dust concentration in excavation tunnels under different ventilation conditions was obtained.Based on the simulation results,suggestions were proposed for dust prevention in comprehensive excavation work faces,a mixed ventilation method with a pressure extraction ratio of 2∶3 was determined to be the most effective ventilation method.
