摘要 为了保障人民群众的饮食安全,认真做好食品检验工作非常关键。食品理化检测作为检验食品质量的主要手段,应严格管控检验检测流程的每个环节,确保获得最准确可靠的检验结果。因此,本文对影响食品理化检验检测准确性的因素进行了深入分析,并提出相关优化措施,旨在提高食品检验的准确度。 It is crucial to conscientiously carry out food inspection work in order to ensure the food safety of the people.As the main means of inspecting food quality,food physical and chemical testing should strictly control every step of the inspection and testing process to ensure the most accurate and reliable inspection results are obtained.Therefore,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the factors that affect the accuracy of food physical and chemical inspection and proposes relevant optimization measures,aiming to improve the accuracy of food inspection.
