摘要
随着技术的发展,新一代测序技术正逐渐应用于食品检测领域,尤其在微生物、有害物质和残留物检测方面具有显著优势。然而,该技术在实际应用中,仍面临成本、技术和数据等挑战。为此,本文分析了新一代测序技术在食品检测中的作用,旨在保障食品安全,为公众的健康提供有力保障。
With the development of technology,the new generation sequencing technology is gradually being applied in the field of food detection,especially in the detection of microorganisms,harmful substances,and residues,which has significant advantages.However,in practical applications,this technology still faces challenges such as cost,technology,and data.Therefore,this article analyzes the role of next-generation sequencing technology in food testing,aiming to ensure food safety and provide strong support for public health.
