摘要
随着食品安全问题日益受到社会关注,食品微生物检测在食品质量评价体系中的重要性不断提升。在食品微生物检测领域,质控品作为评价检测准确性和可靠性的重要工具,其地位不容忽视。因此,本文分析了质控品的定义、种类以及其在食品微生物检测中的应用和注意事项等,以期提高食品微生物检测水平。
With the increasing social attention to food safety issues,the importance of food microbiological testing in the food quality evaluation system is constantly increasing.In the field of food microbiology testing,quality control products,as an important tool for evaluating the accuracy and reliability of testing,cannot be ignored.Therefore,this article analyzes the definition and types of quality control products,as well as their application and precautions in food microbiological testing,in order to improve the level of food microbiological testing.
