摘要 本文以陇西黄芪食品产业为研究对象,阐述了其产业现状、产品内容及发展趋势,从产品形态、产业工艺、食品宣传等层面入手,梳理了陇西黄芪食品产业发展中存在的问题,并提出相关应对策略,旨在为陇西黄芪食品产业发展提供参考建议。 This article takes the Astragalus membranaceus food industry in Longxi as the research object,elaborates on its current situation,product content,and development trend.Starting from the aspects of product form,industrial technology,and food promotion,it sorts out the problems in the development of the Astragalus membranaceus food industry in Longxi,and proposes relevant strategies to provide reference suggestions for the development of the Astragalus membranaceus food industry in Longxi.
