非物质文化遗产是中华民族悠久历史和灿烂文化的结晶,其中的食品加工技艺更凝聚了先民的智慧和创造力,形成了独特的风味和品质,成为我国饮食文化的瑰宝。因此,本文分析了非遗食品加工技艺的现代化转型与推广策略,旨在促进非遗食品加工行业的发展。
Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of the long history and splendid culture of the Chinese nation.The food processing techniques in it further embody the wisdom and creativity of our ancestors,forming a unique flavor and quality,and becoming a treasure of China's culinary culture.Therefore,this article analyzes the modernization transformation and promotion strategies of intangible cultural heritage food processing techniques,aiming to promote the development of the intangible cultural heritage food processing industry.
