摘要
伴随着现代化社会的蓬勃发展,食品行业的生产经营规模不断扩大,这增加了食品质量及安全性管控的工作难度。目前,食品质量与食品安全性的管控过程中依旧存在诸多问题,难以保障各类的食品安全。对此,本文分析了食品质量与食品安全性的管控现状与优化措施,旨在为食品行业的高质量发展提供参考。
With the vigorous development of modern society,the production and operation scale of the food industry continues to expand,increasing the difficulty of food quality and safety control.At present,there are still many problems in the control process of food quality and food safety,making it difficult to ensure various types of food safety.This article analyzes the current situation and optimization measures of food quality and safety control,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of the food industry.
