本文介绍了食用植物油中重金属的来源及其对人体健康的危害,阐述了微波消解技术和液液微萃取技术等预处理技术在重金属检测前的应用,旨在为食用植物油中重金属的检测和食品安全性评估提供科学依据,以保障公众健康和安全。
This article introduces the sources of heavy metals in edible vegetable oil and their harm to human health.It elaborates on the application of pre-treatment technologies such as microwave digestion and liquid-liquid microextraction before heavy metal detection,aiming to provide scientific basis for the detection of heavy metals in edible vegetable oil and food safety assessment,in order to ensure public health and safety.
