摘要
为提高进口散装船运粮食样品采集及制备的效率,研发一套粮食自动取制样系统。通过荧光PCR方法对该粮食自动取制样系统制备的粮食样品进行转基因定性检测试验,结果表明粮食样品没有出现转基因和非转基因成分交叉污染的情况,说明粮食自动取制样系统的清洁性能符合检测要求。
In order to improve the efficiency of sample collection and preparation of imported bulk shipments of grain,an automatic sampling system was developed.Transgenic qualitative test was carried out on the grain samples prepared by the automatic sampling system by fluorescent PCR method.The results showed that there was no cross-contamination of transgenic and non-transgenic components in the grain samples,indicating that the cleaning performance of the automatic grain sampling and preparation system meets the testing requirements.
