摘要
硫代葡萄糖苷是主要存在于十字花科植物中的一类重要次生代谢物,其降解产物具有较高的生物活性,对宫颈癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症有显著抑制功效,且安全性较高,深受消费者关注。本文对影响植物中硫苷种类、含量的因素进行了综述,以期为该类物质的深度开发提供参考。
Glucosinolates are an important class of secondary metabolites mainly existing in cruciferous plants,and their degradation products have significant inhibitory effect on a variety of cancers,such as cervical and breast cancers,and a high degree of safety,which are of great concern to consumers.This article provides an overview of the factors affecting the types and contents of glucosinolates in plants,in order to provide reference for the deep development of glucosinolates.
