食用植物油中苯并(a)芘检测结果分析

摘要 目的:分析食用植物油中苯并(a)芘检测结果。方法:选择不同品类食用植物油,使用液相色谱法对其中苯并(a)芘含量进行测定,以检验标准值作为对比数据,分析检测结果精度。结果:26份质控样中检测误差率均较低,准确度较高。随机抽取的333份食用植物油样本中,300份不同程度地检出苯并(a)芘,检出率为90.1%,但含量均≤10μg·kg^(-1),符合我国食用植物油卫生标准。结论:食用植物油中苯并(a)芘污染现象较为普遍。 Objective:The detection results of benzo(a)pyrene in edible vegetable oil were analyzed.Method:Different categories of edible vegetable oil were selected.The content of benzo(a)pyrene was determined by liquid chromatography,and the test standard value was used as the comparative data to analyze the accuracy of the detection result.Result:Among the 26 quality control samples,the detection error rate was low and the accuracy was high.Out of 333 randomly selected samples of edible vegetable oil,300 samples were detected to varying degrees of benzo(a)pyrene,with a detection rate of 90.1%,but the content was≤10μg·kg^(-1),in compliance with the hygiene standards for edible vegetable oil in China.Conclusion:Benzo(a)pyrene contamination in edible vegetable oil is a common phenomenon.
