食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测能力验证结果分析与讨论

摘要 目的:证明本实验室定量检测金黄色葡萄球菌能力验证结果的可靠性。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌平板计数法和3M测试片法对样品23J9142进行定量检测。结果:样品中金黄色葡萄球菌为4000 CFU·mL^(-1),Z值为+0.1,能力验证结果判定|Z|≤2.0为满意。结论:开展能力验证活动,证实了本实验室内部质量控制和人员检测水平达到了预期,为持续出具数据可靠的结果积累了宝贵的经验。 Objective:It was proved that the proficiency testing results of Staphylococcus aureus in our laboratory the reliability of the results.Method:Staphylococcus aureus plate counting and 3M petrifilm were adopted for quantitative detection of sample 23J9142.Result:Staphylococcus aureus in the sample was 4000 CFU·mL^(-1)with a Z value+0.1,proficiency testing results determined that|Z|≤2.0 was satisfactory.Conclusion:Carrying out proficiency testing activities has confirmed that the laboratory’s internal quality control and personnel testing level have reached the expectations,and also accumulated valuable experience for the continuous issue of reliable data.
