工业废水中硝酸钠回收的蒸发浓缩工艺对比

摘要 利用Aspen plus软件模拟了含硝酸钠工业废水的蒸发浓缩过程,从生蒸汽消耗量、单位蒸汽蒸发水分量、蒸发器出口温度、浓缩液浓度等方面分析对比了三效并流、三效逆流和三效错流蒸发等工艺的适用性。研究发现,采用三效错流蒸发工艺更有利于下游回收硝酸钠的结晶工艺操作。 The evaporation process of industrial wastewater containing sodium nitrate was simulated by using Aspen plus software.The applicability of three-effect parallel flow,three-effect countercurrent,and three-effect cross flow evaporation processes was analyzed and compared from the aspects of steam consumption,unit steam evaporation water content,outlet temperature of evaporation gas,and concentration of concentrated solution.It was found that the three-effect cross flow evaporation process was more conducive to recover the sodium nitrate.
