痕量气体检测中光声池的仿真设计研究

摘要 针对如何改变光声池的特征频率获得所需频率光声池的问题,利用有限元分析法,以H型差分光声池和圆柱形光声池为研究对象,分别分析了共振管的长度和半径、缓冲腔的长度和半径对H型差分光声池特征频率的影响,分析了谐振腔的长度和半径、缓冲腔的长度和半径对圆柱形光声池特征频率的影响。结果表明:谐振腔长度和半径的增大会减小特征频率,缓冲腔半径的增大也会减小特征频率。 Aiming at how to change the characteristic frequency of the photoacoustic cell and obtain the required frequency of the photoacoustic cell,the finite element analysis method is used to study the H-type differential photoacoustic cell and the cylindrical photoacoustic cell.The influence of the length and radius of the resonant tube,the length and radius of the buffer cavity on the characteristic frequency of the H-type differential photoacoustic cell is analyzed.The influence of the length and radius of the resonant cavity,the length and radius of the buffer cavity on the characteristic frequency of the cylindrical photoacoustic cell is analyzed in detail.The results show that increasing the length and radius of the resonant cavity will reduce the characteristic frequency,and increasing the radius of the buffer cavity will reduce the characteristic frequency.
