疏水性SiO_(2)/聚氨酯气凝胶的制备及其油水分离性能研究

摘要 以聚氨酯和纳米二氧化硅为主要原料,通过凝胶注模法和冷冻干燥法成功制备了一系列具有不同SiO_(2)含量的SiO_(2)/聚氨酯气凝胶,并通过化学气相沉积法使用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对制备的样品进行改性。结果表明,吸油性能最好的是SiO_(2)质量分数为12%的样品,相对于纯聚氨酯气凝胶,SiO_(2)质量分数为12%且经过疏水改性的样品的孔结构更丰富,水接触角达到139°,对泵油、石油醚、二氯甲烷和植物油的吸油率分别达到3.2675,4.2382,10.7112,4.1019 g/g,疏水性SiO_(2)/聚氨酯气凝胶对石油醚的吸附既有物理吸附又有化学吸附。 A series of SiO_(2)/polyurethane aerogels with different SiO_(2) content were successfully prepared by gel injection and nanosilica as the main raw materials,and the samples were modified by the silane coupling agentγ-aminopropyl triethoxilane(KH550)by chemical vapor deposition.The results show that the best oil absorption performance is the SiO_(2) content of 12% sample,relative to pure polyurethane aerogel,SiO_(2) content of 12% and hydrophobic modified sample hole structure,water contact angle of 139,for pump oil,petroleum ether,methyl chloride and vegetable oil oil absorption rate respectively 3.2675,4.2382,10.7112,4.1019 g/g,hydrophobic SiO_(2)/polyurethane aerogel adsorption of petroleum ether both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
