摘要
多孔陶瓷材料是以陶瓷材料为基础开发多孔洞的多功能材料,其特殊性在具有高度开放的孔隙结构、高渗透率、比表面积大、轻量级、热稳定性、高耐化学腐蚀等优点,因此制备多孔陶瓷方法成为材料合成与应用的重要发展项目。由于陶瓷材料在粉末合成、成型方法和热处理过程中的多样性,可以控制材料的性质和微结构,从而应用在多孔陶瓷材料制备方法上。本文综述了多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法及其特点,指出不同的制备工艺会导致不同的孔洞大小和孔隙率。同时,探讨了多孔陶瓷材料在载体、过滤、分离、传感和催化等方面的功能性表现,高端应用在能源与储能、生物医学、智能化等领域的应用和发展。
Porous ceramic materials are high-performance materials developed based on ceramic materials.Which characterized by highly open pore structures,high permeability,large surface area,lightweight,thermal stability,and high chemical corrosion resistance.This is an important development item for the production of porous ceramic,material synthesis,and material composition.The preparation methods for porous ceramic materials can leverage powder synthesis,forming processes,and heat treatment procedures to control the properties and microstructures of ceramic materials.This article provides an overview of the preparation methods and characteristics of porous ceramic materials,highlighting that different preparation techniques lead to varying pore sizes and porosity.Additionally,the literature explores the functional performances of porous ceramic materials in areas such as carriers,filters,separators,sensors,and catalysts.Finally,this article elaborates on the development and applications of porous ceramic materials in fields such as energy storage,biomedical applications,smart technologies,and high-end applications.
