在线固相萃取—高效液相色谱—质谱法测定水中26种抗生素

Determination of 26 Antibiotics in Water Using Automated Solid Phase Extraction-ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了在线固相萃取—高效液相色谱—质谱法同时测定水中包括磺胺类、四环素类、大环内酯类和喹诺酮类在内的4大类26种抗生素的分析方法。该方法将采集的水样调节pH值后,用0.22μm滤膜过滤,通过AOE在线进样装置富集浓缩,高效液相色谱—质谱法测定。结果表明,该方法具有较好的检测灵敏度,方法检出限为0.3~2.5 ng/L,加标回收率为62.3%~120%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~20.2%。该方法具有高效灵敏、简便快速等特点,适用于水中抗生素的检测。 An on-line solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of 26 antibiotics in 4 categories in water was established,including sulfonamides,tetracyclines,macrolides and quinolones.The collected water samples were filtered by 0.22μm membrane after pH adjustment,enriched and concentrated by AOE on-line injection device,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the method had good detection sensitivity,the detection limit was 0.3~2.5 ng/L,the spiked recovery was 62.3%~120%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%~20.2%.The method was efficient,sensitive,simple and fast,and suitable for the detection of antibiotics in water.
